Modular precast concrete wood-fired oven kit: two people assemble it in 2-4 hours and it can be veneered the same day. Metal door and firebrick included. Reaches up to 800° and cooks a pizza in about 90 seconds. Xtreme Heat Mortar (SA-MXTH) is required for assembly and warranty. Pour a concrete footing first, and wait at least 28 days after assembly before the first fire. Base sold separately (SA-MCA-36-K / SA-MCS-36-K). Uses the Mezzo base; flue SA-FL1313-6.
